Prioritize recruiting, retaining, and supporting high-quality educators.

Ensure that taxpayer dollars are being used responsibly.

Expand new and existing partnerships for the good of students and the community.

Continue to provide high-quality programming inside and outside school hours.

Continue to create safe and secure places for students and staff.

Monitor new student mental health providers to ensure they are effective. 

Use the yearly staff and parent surveys to inform and improve school culture and climate.
